Wonderful Experience!

friendly staff large selection easy walk secure parking

The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist with directions. Breakfast included a large selection of items. sausages and scrambled eggs. The hotel location allowed easy walks to the town center, restaurants, and bars. Underground parking offered a secure place for vehicles.

The bathroom door did not close properly, a bit inconvenient.

The coffee machine remained on, so a cappuccino or latte was available at the interior terrace. Visible cleanliness and obvious attention to detail were evident throughout all areas. The underground parking was a secure and convenient amenity.

The hotel had an really good location right in the city center for my needs. Despite the central location, rooms remained very quiet providing a tranquil experience. I was two blocks away from the best meal I enjoyed during my entire trip.

The breakfast was a great surprise. there was a large selection. I liked the sausages and scrambled eggs. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided directions and information readily.

the parking was a bit tight for larger cars.

The breakfast had a large selection! it included sausages and scrambled egg. The staff were very friendly and informative. Always willing to help. The hotel was an easy walk to the main area of town, and restaurants were just round the corner.

The room was not overly big.

separate spaces nice balcony

The family room was big. The children's bed and toilet were downstairs. The adults bed and shower were upstairs on a separate balcony floor. It feels nice because there are two separate spaces and a balcony to look out from.

helpful staff secure parking sewage smell poor door

the staff was very helpful! they assisted with directions and provided recommendations for local restaurants. the secure parking was also very convenient and gave me peace of mind.

My room's bathroom smelled a bit like sewage. also, i could not fully close the bathroom door. It was pretty annoying!

awkward bathroom neglected state

The location WAS convenient, placing me near many restaurants.

The bathroom arrangement was certainly not ideal. The toilet was on the ground floor while the bathroom was on the floor above. One had to climb stairs to wash hands after using the restroom. The hotel seemed neglected for a supposed 4-star hotel, the chairs in the breakfast room looked worn, and I noticed cobwebs on the curtains.
